Located in Central Delhi is India Gate, a war memorial, burning in a shrine under the arch of India Gate since 1971 is the Amar Jawan Jyoti (the flame of the immortal warrior), which marks the Unknown Soldier's Tomb.

For shopping lovers there are a limitless options starting from the bargain markets to the upscale designer boutiques and showrooms. If you want variety and don’t want to spend a lot of money visit Janpath. It is a long path which will give you the pleasure of indo western apparels, accessories of all kinds starting from a single anklet to hats and scarves. Along Janpath there are number Emporiums from different states of India which will give you the glimpse of other religions and state cultures. For those who are spend thrift and want to spend on Indian Designers visit their Boutiques in the upscale locations. Besides these there are malls and big and small vendors everywhere for your convenience.
