Eclipse Chocolat

Wow, these sound great, have you also tried Chuao Chocolate, I am planning a report on them, the family are from Venezuela, and now grace our US shores with amazing chocolate creations, even ones filled with ricotta, salt and pepper, sounds a bit off but they are on it ... flavor combinations that are crazy ... good!

A Real Buffet: Alladdin

My favorite comfort food... Chicken Fried Steak! Just had a great one on Thursday night (Fri at 3 am I guess), I will definitely put Alladdin on my list to check out next time in Vegas, do you recommend the hotel too, I usually stay at the Plams, Mandalay, Treasure Island or when going for old school Vegas, the Riviera or Stardust....they have balconies in the rooms that can fit 20 friends and overlook the strip something unheard of in rooms of today in Vegas.
