Colonne di San Lorenzo
Colonne di San Lorenzo is the best-known Roman ruin in Milan. It is located in front of the Basilica of San Lorenzo. It is a square with a row of columns on either side, which were taken from a temple or public bath house dating from the 2nd century.
Nowadays unfortunately almost no one knows what they are, and this Discrit has become one of the best area to hang out with friends. So underground, and irreverent, but so popular and glamy as the same time, it’s where pubs, clubs, restaurants, snobbish and crazy people get together to spend the first part of the night!
it’s great in the summer because it becomes a great “pedestrian area” where everybody is in the street chatting and laughing.
