Arco Della Pace
L’ Arco della Pace (Arch of Peace) is a monument full of history located at the entrance of the “Parco Sempione”; Initially built by Luigi Cagnola, during Napoleone’s era, and revisited by Londonio and Pavelli after Cagnola’s death, it’s the place used by Napoleone III and Vittorio Emanuele to get in Milan and to celebrate the Magenta’s Victory.
History a part, nowadays this Area is becoming o most popular and the most stylish of Milan: extraordinary discothèques and chiringuitos in and around the parks, lavish restaurant and exclusive pubs. It’s incredible how it is growing… it wasn’t like this 3 years ago!
Awesome in summer for the vast pedestrian area and the enormous green and safe park is definitely “the district” to consider everyday.
