Last Tuesday Apple introduced the iPhone 3G ! The iPhone itself was a real revolution, but this version takes the smart phone of Apple really to the next level, way way ahead of all competition.
For the development of the phone Apple carefully listened to the feedback they got on the iPhone 1.0. According to present users, the internet (edge network) on the iPhone is too slow, it is still not available in a lot of countries and the price is too high.
Apple worked on all these issues and the new iPhone is half the price, it has 3G (=UMTS / HSDPA) which makes the internet twice as fast (!), it iPhone has also a GPS , it has Enterprise support and even important: it allows third party applications. A lot of game industry companies, eBay, TomTom already developed programs to run on the new iPhone. This is huge!!!
I can't wait. In The Netherlands it will be available at July 11 !! :-))
