Nu Pera is actually the name of a renovated building in the neighborhood of Pera, now a popular complex of utterly minimalist cafes and restaurants. There are usually three ground-level lounges mostly SoHo wannabes but riotously popular late at night. In summer the rooftop Teras Restaurant offers an elegant and upscale atmosphere and views of a twinkling city.
