Everybody loves to have the perfect figure, especially now summer is around the corner. But going to the gym and actually work to get that body is somehow not so popular. People are lazy and get bored easily. That's a reason why i always look for new fitness trends, to see what's new so my motivation remains the same.
After Tai Bo, Kick boxing, Power Yoga and Pole dancing, Hula Hooping is the latest trend to get a firm looking stomach. I love that! You don't even need to go to a gym to do it...it's the perfect way to act like a kid again, ha, and who doesn't like that sometimes...
