Ego is the top top, really top class notebook line of Tulip computers targeting high end customers. The average notebook price is around the $ 20,000.
The name "Ego" really meets the expectations: tailor-made, with gold or diamonds engraved, limited edtions as the Bentley Ego notebook.. all desirable and luxury. I love these designs! Make sure you have a good insurance..
However the specs are not that good (yet), and after all... it will never be a Mac ;-)
The marketeers of Tulip did an amazing job in my opinion: how do you sell an average (!) laptop to the rich and famous? Easy. Make a posh lifestyle of the product!

I have my doubts about the success as well, for the same reasons you have given. It is absolutely an premium luxury good which will score extremely well when the economy goes sky high and suffers when economic tides are low..

yeah i think its amazing but a little bit questionable.
if 2years later since we purchase the laptop, functions of laptop will be old one.. also majority of purchansing a bag is women who may not be interested in elecrical appliance (especiallly computer)
idea about conversions between fashion and technology was awesome but i am questionable of success. :)
