Did You Hear the One About... (Farmer's Daughter Hotel)
115 South Fairfax Avenue (google maps)
I have just read a report on The Grove here on StyleXplorers, which proves what a small world it is since this weekend a few friends and I visited LA and have enjoyed one of the most unique hotels I have ever stayed at, the Farmers Daughters Hotel.
This now unique boutique hotel just across the street from the historic Farmers Market and just near CBS is what has been an often joked about icon of L.A. thanks to it's name.
The Farmers Daughter has now been transformed into a unique urban Oasis that I could best describe as Modern meets Mayberry. The lounge, pool area, rooms are all a mix of modern chic and farm house and surprisingly it works. Last night we ate and drank at Tart the hotel's restaurant where I had fried chicken sliders that were oh soooo good!
The prices are amazingly reasonable and the crowd so very cool. Check it out next time you're in LA and mozy on over to the Famers Market while you're at it.

WE have just checked in for a week's stay here, reserved suite 300, great service, amenities and fun eclectic mix of mid century and Green Acres farm fantasy.

Boy do I wish that I had seen this report yesterday, I missed out on this! But, next time I am in LA, I'll be paying the The Farmer's Daughter a visit - for sure.
