Istanbul Sapphire reaches 54 floors above ground levels and 238 meters of ground roof height. This luxury project is one of the best in Turkey because for the first time, the environmental aspect has taken account.
This luxury residence project designed by BISKON company ( a subsidiary of Kiler group) is strategicaly located close to the E5 and 01, the main road arteries and the FSM and the Bosphorus bridges. it has also a direct access to the subway from its 3rd basement floor.
The building is specialized greenly. Every 3 floors there is private gardens, and every 9 floors, the skyscraper has communal living arear or mechanical floors. There are also a large shopping mall, large parking spaces and 47 floors of residence.
This building is very amazing, you have to see it when you'll visit istanbul!
