Hey, take a look at this crazy, fun and awesome video. It’s a great mix of action and drama, an ode to thriller films with great chase scenes like Die Hard, Ronin and the Italian Job but rather than car marques it is logos and brand mascots that are the stars.
Some people think it is a criticism of the American obsession for brands, but as the producers pointed out, it is not. I really like how they make a parody of our global fixation on brand and over exposure to marketing and advertising.
This short film received an Oscar in 2010 for best animated short film.
