Moscow Gets It's Moda Mojo On (Fashion Week Mockba)
After gaining a well earned but regrettable reputation as a fashion forest inhabited by leopard and zebra printed clothings of poor taste and manufature, Moscow is today taking its place among the top fashion design centres of the world. No where has this been more clear than at the Russian Fashion Week.
Taking place in the first week of April, numerous Russian designers delighted local and visiting fashionistas and fashionables. For the Russian man designers that included VersiON by Kalinina&Mikhaylov, Valery Kovalska, Slava Zaitsev, and Stella Ndombi delighted the viewers with innovative Russian designs that were attractive and different for even Europeans.
Visitors to Fashion Week were also able to experience the cuisine, scenery, nightlife and after hours frolic of this Fashion Forward city. Take a look at the YouTube below for a great introduction to the Moscow Mojo which today is very much in Moda!
