Entourage has a little something for everyone! (Entourage on HBO)

I didn’t want it to end, Entourage, a show produced by Mark Wahlberg airs on Sunday nights at 10pm on HBO. As sad as I was knowing that the last episode of season 6 of the hit show on HBO “Entourage” was about to start, I quickly grabbed a pen and paper to jot down any brands that I was able to recognize for product placement.  In the first scene the whole entourage gang was having breakfast outside on the patio when turtle brought out his Apple Iphone to receive a call.  The phone is so distinct in its own way that anyone can recognize the Apple logo on the back of the phone. As he was talking on the phone he got up and walked away enabling the audience to receive a clear view of his fitted Lacoste polo.  

 

To add even more style preferences to turtles collection, he is always seen wearing his form fitting Beats by Dre headphones in many episodes of season 6.  In addition to Turtle part in product placement I also noticed that most of the time Drama and Vince, two of shows main characters are always wearing converse shoes. Vince is always throwing his feet up on the table and crossing his legs showing his carefree and laidback attitude directly displaying his Converse Chuck Taylors in the viewers’ direct line of sight.  Vince’s carefree attitude inspires me to rock simple and care free shoes like that! In addition, these three are not the only ones sporting various brands.

 

”Eric”, Vince’s manager is always cruising around in his Aston Racing Green colored Austin Martin. The way the camera portrays this beautiful car and its bodylines make me want to buy one! At the ending scene where Eric pulls up to the airport, the camera focuses on the winged Austin martin logo on the front bumper showing its true elegance. From the cars to the clothes and even shoes, Entourage has a little something for everyone and by adding several product placement advertisements, it motivates the viewer to acquire the latest gear in this “Hollywood” based lifestyle!
