Giant Get-Together (2010 FIBA World Basketball Championship)
This report is especially for the basketball lovers! Did you know that 2010 FIBA World Basketball Championship will be held in Istanbul, Turkey?
Having organized by FIBA, Turkish Basketball Federation and 2010 Organization Committee, the world’s biggest basketball event FIBA World Basketball Championship will be held between August 28 and September 12, 2010. The countries that will participate are as below:
FIBA Africa: Angola, Côte d’Ivoire, Tunisia
FIBA Asia: China, Iran, Jordan, Lebanon
FIBA Americas: Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Puerto Rico, USA
FIBA Oceania: Australia, New Zealand
FIBA Europe: Croatia, France, Germany, Greece, Lithuania, Russia, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain and Turkey (The host nation)

Hope you all watched the great games! The whole championship was amazing!
Lithuania got the bronz medal. We, Turkey, got the silver medal and the US team got the gold medal. Congrats to all! :)
