The Los Angeles Lakers did not sprint to their repeat title.
By game 7 of the NBA finals, Andrew Bynum and Kobe Brayant have both knee injuries and seem exhausted.
An off-season was not enough rest for the injuries.
Bynum declaired himself sidelined til December. He was critizised for having the operation too late in the summer.
Bryant played six minutes against Minnesota on Monday and told reporters that his knee is only 60 percent.
Bryant had a surgery on the knee in 2003 and last season it was drained. He said during the NBA finals it was really painful but now not that much.
It is the 15th NBA season of Bryant and Derek Fisher, for the first time during their dominance, their age could be a problem. Bynums recurring injuries remain a career stumbling block..
