'Happy Days' dad Tom Bosley dead at 83
Tom Bosley, whose long career was highlighted by his popular role on the comedy serie “Happy Days“ as the understanding father, Howard Cunningham aka “Mr.C“, died on Tuesday. He was 83. He died on a heart failure at a hospital and he also had lung cancer. His TV character as Mr.C was at No 9 list of the greatest TV Dads of All Time in 2004. The show run in the 70ies for 11 seasons. His family of Happy Days remembers him in a very positive way. When he read the pilot script he felt in love with that procet already. Happy Days become tv`s top-rated series by ist third season. He also had a Broadway triumph that won a Pulitzer Prize and the Tony for best actor in a musical. He had a successful career and everybody remember him as a good person.
