Who has not gone through a small orange store with chairs on the sidewalk and a lot of people squeezing around? Whether in Ipanema, Leblon or at the bar, the new works of three young cariocas consulting with the chef Nao Hara is always blended! It is not for less. For U$ 3,5, on average, you can prove one of the various flavors of temakis the house, such as Poke, the Tartar of Salmon, Hot and Philadelphia, Shiitake. The konis, as are called the temakis the network, wrapped in seaweed fresh (much better than any Japanese there) come in small boxes, specially designed to house. At the time of dessert do not forget the koni of coconut with nutella: in a kone of ice cream it is simply divine!

Note: temakis are a hand rolled sushi made with nori (a type of seaweed), japanese rice and other ingredients such as fish, fruits and vegetables. They became very popular in Rio de Janeiro, where they are referred to as konis. Leblon and Ipanema are one of the most trendy neighboorhouds in Rio de Janeiro.
