Welcome to a new Eurovision excitement!

Everyone’s getting ready for the 57th Eurovision Song Contest which will be held in Baku, the capital city of Azerbaijan. This annual song competition always got my attention over years; actually not only me but also many other Europeans. No need to say it is one of the longest running television shows in the world as a non-sport event :)

 

If we look at this year, there are 43 participant countries. This year, Can Bonomo is representing Turkey but who is he? Having started to music by playing guitar when he was 8 years old, Can Bonomo came to Istanbul while he was 17. He started his professional music career as a sound productor. Graduated from Bilgi University Cinema-TV major, Can also worked as a radio programmer at Radyo Klas, Number One FM and Radio N101. Then he passed to TV and prepared TV programs at Number One TV and MTV. He has released his very first album called Meczup on January 2011 and won several awards. Oh by the way, I have heard that Adele will represent the UK this year. Hope God gives all other countries some luck :) So, don’t forget the semi-finals and grand final:
