News Cafe in South Beach Miami started with the idea of having a news kiosk surrounded by tables, with some nice jazz or relaxing music playing on the background and serve coffee and some sandwiches. As more and more people started to like it, it started growing and growing. A bigger menu, more international and frozen drinks, international newspapers and magazines, more seating and a store.
If you want to fully appreciate the experience of the News Cafe, you have to sit outside on the patio, because is right on the boulevard on Ocean Drive. You can enjoy your meal, look at the beach or observe the people walking by, which in Miami is already an attraction on its own. Some people like to bring their laptops and sit here all day. If you're by yourself and need something to read, there's an extensive collection of national and international newspapers and magazines, so there's always something to read.
Late night cravings? No problem, News Cafe is open 24 hours!
Fun fact: if you want to see if it's crowded, check their webcam online!
