Toque Toque is a modern café – restaurant, very popular for a Friday afternoon drink, weekend dinner or just a cup of coffee while shopping on the Oudegracht. The interior is very intimate and warm because of the use of steel, glass, wood and bright colors. One wall is completely covered with shelves full of wine bottles for which you need a ladder to reach the bottles at the top. In the middle of the restaurant, there is a gigantic lamp made of thousands of colorful ribbons. With the black wooden tables, bright white table linens, big green plants and colorful accessories, this is a very inspiring place to be. In the summertime, you can enjoy your drink or dinner outside on the terrace right next to the water on the canal wharf.Sandwiches, pasta’s, salads or a complete four course dinner. All the ingredients are very fresh, and the dishes look colorful and tasteful. If you want to have a relaxing time in a café – restaurant on the most beautiful canal of Utrecht, you should really try Toque Toque.
