I have heard the saying love at first bite. Well I first experienced this as an adult when visiting Karen Krasne's Extraordinary Desserts in their first location in Banker's Hill, near Balboa Park.

The cakes, pies, pastries, and cookies are artistic, sweet, sumptuous and draw rave reviews from locals and my friends from overseas alike. When in San Diego, check it out ... it is truly extraordinary!
