The Amstel Hotel is an absolute hotspot in the summer. This hotel has more to offer than being a 5-star hotel and restaurant. It has several lounge terrasses with soft, comfortable chairs directly next to the canal. So, if you have a small boot, you can even arrive there in style! You can enjoy the great view of Amsterdam City and have a terrific, but expensive lunch or dinner there or simply have some drinks and work on your tan.

Even though this terras and restaurant has been spotted a while ago by famous stars such as Madonna, it still has a very informal atmosphere. But as lots of trendy places in Amsterdam, you'd better dress to impress.
