I purchased my first pair of Tods while living in Italy in the 1990's. I had friends who swore by them, and wore the same pair but casually and more formally. I finally broke down and spent the more than $300 to purchase a pair. Well, the investment definitely paid off, I still have that pair and three others in my shoes "Stables."
I love the quality of their hand stitching, the dedication of the comfort to form, function, comfort and style, a rarity in fashion. Tods use only the finest leathers, MADE IN ITALY, when you put them on it is like wearing your favorite bedroom slippers. Slip a pair on yourself, you won't be able to remove them from your feet!
