Well known from the movie “Where the boys are” the Elbow Room offers a layed-back atmosphere with live music. On the corner of Las Olas and the A1A on the beach this place is perfect for a drink during sunset and on the weekend.
The Elbow Room beacame the place to be, and so did the beach in front of it, during the 50's through 70's when Fort Lauderdale was the most famous spring break destination in the US.
Expect your drink to be served in a plastic cup, expect the restrooms to be trully disgusting, but for some reason tourists and locals love it and keep coming back. A great place to meet new people, mix with the locals, young and old, and start of your night out in beautiful Fort Lauderdale!
