If green (in all its nuances) is your favorite color, if minimalism is your style, if a vase of grass decorates your table, if you are at least vegetarian, if you are concern about the environment, if you think that raw veggies will save your body and soul, well you're either a vegan or a “radical chic” (or both).
So, which restaurant in San Diego hits the spot? Cilantro in Hillcrest (but there are a couple of other locations). You'll have 100% organic raw (spicy) vegetables. Very good, very alternative, quite expensive: a single lettuce leaf cost probably more than a mexican burrito. And: no alcohol is served. Be prepared.
