I started wearing birkenstocks about 15 years ago. The shoes are kind of expensive up front, but since each pair lasts a few years, the investement is well worth it. I used to have lower back pain, but that has long been cured with the help of these shoes, which are incredibly comfortable, but at the same time give your feet the kind of exercise nature intended. Their website is not too flashy, but then they don't need it. The product speaks for itself.
